These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and ALEG Tech concerning your access to and use of the Uang Kita mobile application.

1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Application.

2 AI Services & Accuracy

Uang Kita utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract text and data from receipts. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

  AI extraction may occasionally misinterpret characters, numbers, or merchant names due to image quality, receipt format, or model limitations.

  User Responsibility

  You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all extracted data (amounts, dates, items) before saving it to your records. ALEG Tech is not liable for financial discrepancies resulting from unverified AI data.

3 User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• • Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• • Provide accurate and current information.
• • Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4 Intellectual Property

The source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Application are owned by ALEG Tech and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
