Getting Started
How do I get started with Uang Kita?
Download the app from the Play Store, create an account with email or Google, and start scanning your first receipt!
Is Uang Kita free?
Uang Kita is Free Forever for daily tracking and standard receipt scanning. We also offer Premium features for users needing unlimited scan quotas and advanced data analysis.
How can I export my transaction data?
Go to Settings → Export Data → choose CSV or Excel format. The file will be downloaded to your device.

Receipt Scanning
Why is the receipt scan result inaccurate?
Ensure the receipt is in good condition, not crumpled, and lighting is sufficient. For blurry receipts, you can manually edit after scanning.
What types of receipts can be scanned?
All types of Indonesian receipts: minimization, restaurants, gas stations, e-commerce, and more. Our AI is specifically trained for Indonesian formats.
What if an item is not read correctly?
After scanning, you can edit each item before saving. Tap on the incorrect item to edit.

Data & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Very safe. We use security standards equivalent to modern apps (AES-256 encryption). Data is locked and can only be accessed by your own account. We never sell your data to third parties.
Why is data stored on a Server (Online)?
To ensure your data is never lost. If your phone is damaged or replaced, simply log in again and your entire financial history is restored automatically. Our server acts as an automatic 'Cloud Backup' for you.
How do I delete my account?
You have full control. Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. One click, and all your data is permanently deleted from our system instantly. No email required, no waiting.
Can developers see my transactions?
No. We adhere to a strict code of ethics and use encryption systems. We do not monitor individual user transactions unless you specifically request technical support.
Can anyone see my receipt photos?
No. Your receipt photos are processed automatically by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract data. Neither the development team nor admins have access to view your receipt photos, ensuring your privacy.

Account & Settings
How do I change the period start date?
Go to Settings → Period Start Date → choose your payday date (e.g., 25th). Statistics will be calculated from that date.
Can I use more than one wallet?
Yes! You can create up to 3 wallets (e.g., Cash, Bank BCA, GoPay) for more organized tracking.
How do I sync to a new device?
Login with the same account on the new device. All data will automatically sync from the cloud.
