Download the app from the Play Store, create an account with email or Google, and start scanning your first receipt!
Is Sakita free?
Sakita is Free Forever for daily tracking and standard receipt scanning. We also offer Premium features for users needing unlimited scan quotas and advanced data analysis.
How can I export my transaction data?
Go to All Features menu → Data → choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format. The file will be downloaded to your device.

From the Dashboard, tap the 'All' grid icon in the quick menu section. You'll see all available features organized into Finance, Tools, and Shortcuts categories.
Can I customize the quick menu on the Dashboard?
Yes! Long-press on any menu icon on the Dashboard to open menu settings. You can choose which menus to display on the Dashboard for quick access.
What is Spending Level?
Spending Level is a gamification system that awards badges based on your monthly spending patterns. The more you save, the higher your level! Tap the 'Level' menu in All Features to see your progress.
How do I view my transaction history?
Tap the 'History' tab in the bottom navigation bar. You can filter by period, category, or search for specific transactions. Swipe left on a transaction to Edit or Delete.

Wallet & Transfer
4 questionsHow many wallets can I create?
You can create up to 3 wallets (e.g., Cash, Bank Account, E-wallet). To add more than 3 wallets, upgrade to Premium.
How do I set up a Credit Card?
When creating a new wallet, select the 'Credit Card' type. Enter your credit limit and due date. The system will automatically track your outstanding balance and available credit.
How do I transfer between wallets?
Go to All Features → Transfer. Select source and destination wallets, enter the amount. This is useful for recording ATM withdrawals, e-wallet top-ups, or credit card payments.
What's the difference between paying a credit card bill and a regular transfer?
Paying a credit card bill reduces your credit card's outstanding balance. Open the credit card wallet detail → tap 'Pay Bill' button to record your payment.

Receipt Scanning
5 questionsWhy is the receipt scan result inaccurate?
Ensure the receipt is in good condition, not crumpled, and lighting is sufficient. For blurry receipts, you can manually edit after scanning.
What types of receipts can be scanned?
All types of Indonesian receipts: minimarkets, restaurants, gas stations, e-commerce, and more. Our AI is specifically trained for Indonesian formats.
What if an item is not read correctly?
After scanning, you can edit each item before saving. Tap on the incorrect item to edit.
Can I scan multiple receipts at once?
Yes! On the Scan screen, tap the gallery icon and select multiple receipt photos. The system will process all receipts in batch in a single session.
How do I share a receipt from my gallery?
From your phone's gallery app, select a receipt photo and tap Share → choose Sakita. The app will automatically open in scan mode.

Go to All Features → Budget → tap the + button. Select a category, enter your monthly or yearly limit. Your budget will be automatically tracked from your transactions.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly budgets?
Monthly budgets reset each month according to your Period Start Date. Yearly budgets track spending throughout the year for non-monthly expenses like vacations or big purchases.
How do I check my remaining budget?
The Dashboard shows a budget summary in the 'Budget' section. For complete details, go to All Features → Budget. You'll see a progress bar for each category.
Will I be notified if I exceed my budget?
Yes! The system will send a notification when your spending reaches 80% of your budget, and another when you exceed 100%.

Debt Management
6 questionsWhat's the difference between 'Hutang' and 'Piutang'?
Hutang (I Owe): Money you borrowed from someone (you owe them). Piutang (Owed to Me): Money someone borrowed from you (they owe you).
How do I record a new debt?
Go to All Features → Debt → tap the + button. Select the type (Hutang/Piutang), enter the person's name, amount, and payment deadline.
How do I record a debt payment?
Tap on the debt card you want to pay → tap 'Pay'. Enter the payment amount. You can make partial payments (installments) or pay in full.
How do I view payment history?
Tap on a debt card to see its details. At the bottom, you'll find 'Payment History' showing all payments made.
Where can I see paid-off debts?
On the Debt screen, tap the archive icon (📁) in the top right corner. You'll see a list of all completed debts.
Does debt affect my wallet balance?
Yes! When recording a new debt, your wallet balance changes. Hutang = balance increases (you received money). Piutang = balance decreases (you lent money).

Go to All Features → Goals → tap the + button. Enter a goal name (e.g., 'Vacation Fund'), target amount, and deadline.
How do I add money to a goal?
Tap on the goal card → tap 'Add Contribution'. Enter the amount you're setting aside. The contribution will be recorded and the progress bar updated.
Can I withdraw money from a goal?
Yes, if needed you can withdraw. Tap on the goal card → 'Withdraw'. The goal amount will decrease accordingly.
Where can I see contribution history?
Tap on a goal card to see its details → scroll down to 'Contribution History' showing all additions and withdrawals.

Recurring Bills
4 questionsWhat are Recurring Bills?
A feature to track regular monthly payments like electricity, internet, loans, streaming subscriptions, etc. You'll be reminded before the due date.
How do I add a recurring bill?
Go to All Features → Recurring Bills → tap the + button. Enter the bill name, amount, and monthly due date.
How do I mark a bill as paid?
On the bill card, tap the 'Mark as Paid' button or checkmark icon. The system will automatically create an expense transaction and set a reminder for next month.
When will I be reminded?
Notifications are sent 3 days and 1 day before the due date. You can customize notification settings in Settings → Notifications.

Data & Privacy
5 questionsIs my data safe?
Very safe. We use security standards equivalent to modern apps (AES-256 encryption). Data is locked and can only be accessed by your own account. We never sell your data to third parties.
Why is data stored on a Server (Online)?
To ensure your data is never lost. If your phone is damaged or replaced, simply log in again and your entire financial history is automatically restored. Our server acts as an automatic 'Cloud Backup' for you.
How do I delete my account?
You have full control. Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. One click, and all your data is permanently deleted from our system instantly.
Can developers see my transactions?
No. We adhere to a strict code of ethics and use encryption systems. We do not monitor individual user transactions unless you specifically request technical support.
Can anyone see my receipt photos?
No. Your receipt photos are processed automatically by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract data. Neither the development team nor admins have access to view your receipt photos, ensuring your privacy.

Account & Settings
4 questionsHow do I change the period start date?
Go to Settings → Period Start Date → choose your payday date (e.g., 25th). Statistics and budgets will be calculated from that date each month.
How do I sync to a new device?
Login with the same account on the new device. All data will automatically sync from the cloud.
How do I enable PIN/Biometric lock?
Go to Settings → Security → enable PIN Lock. You can also enable Fingerprint/Face ID if your device supports it.
How do I change the app language?
Go to Settings → Language → choose Bahasa Indonesia or English. The app will restart with the new language.
