Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and ALEG Tech concerning your access to and use of the Sakita mobile application.

1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Application.

2 AI Services & Accuracy

Sakita utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract text and data from receipts. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

  AI extraction may occasionally misinterpret characters, numbers, or merchant names due to image quality, receipt format, or model limitations.

  User Responsibility

  You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all extracted data (amounts, dates, items) before saving it to your records. ALEG Tech is not liable for financial discrepancies resulting from unverified AI data.

3 User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• • Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• • Provide accurate and current information.
• • Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4 Intellectual Property

The source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Application are owned by ALEG Tech and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. You also have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by permanently deleting your account via the Settings feature in the app.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALEG Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Application; (iii) any content obtained from the Application; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9 Modification of Service

We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (in whole or in part) with or without notice. You agree that ALEG Tech will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Application. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Application without notice or liability.

10 User-Generated Content

You retain all ownership rights to your financial data and content you create in the Application. By using the Application, you grant ALEG Tech a limited license to:

• • Store and process your data to provide the Application's services.
• • Create backups and ensure data redundancy for reliability.
• • Generate anonymized, aggregated statistics for service improvement (non-personally identifiable).

This license terminates when you delete your data or account, except where retention is required for legal compliance or backup purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
